An outstanding edition!
 

An unforgettable weekend with legendary aircraft!

The AIR LEGEND airshow took place on 9 and 10 September at the Melun-Villaroche airfield, 40km south-east of Paris.
The event attracted a huge number of visitors: 22,740 on Saturday and 26,160 on Sunday, for a total of 48,900 people over the weekend.

The sun was eagerly awaited after the rain on the Saturday of last year's event, and it was more than present, with scorching temperatures unexpected at this time of year.
The organisers responded by opening new water points all day on Saturday.

The planes were also hot, and mechanical issues caused a few delays and problems, particularly when taxiing.

Acknowledgements

We would like to express our gratitude to all the crews who took part in the event. Their skill and dedication were outstanding, and they delivered breathtaking aerial displays.
